Job Description
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in a target-driven environment From +1 Year ( Training Centers - social insurance - banking sectors or relevant field )
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities to overcome customer objections and close sales.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish -relationships over the phone.
- Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and bounce back with enthusiasm.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales software.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
