Job Description
- Setting the annual sales plan with the board and making sure the execution is going according to the specified sales targets.
- Managing, supervising and following up the sales team to make sure everyone in the team has attained his sales target
- Selling with his team the company’s products and services focusing on profitability and expanding the company market share.
- Submit sales reports to the board in a routinely manner
- Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements, ensuring their fully understanding of products, systems or services offering and provide solutions that best satisfy their need
- Prospecting new clients and driving new market opportunities in the designated market.
- Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts ensuring know-how sharing and cross-collaboratio.

Job Requirements
- An electrical or telecom Engineering degree is a MUST
- Candidates must be from big cairo and preferably close to elmohandessin
- At least 5-10 years’ experience in the field of industrial automation especially fields like motor drives, soft starters, plc, HMI or any related engineering Sales functions
- Candidates with existing contacts or an established customer base will have added advantage
- Successful problem solving and efficient new opportunities generator
- Excellent English
- Proficiency in MS Office
