Job Description
- Create and post job ads.
- Recruit blue collar.
- Filter and Screen candidate's resumes and job applications.
- Handling recruitment Phone calls.
- Arranging interview appointments.
- Conduct initial HR interview.
- Contact shortlisted candidates.
- Arranging appointments to sign the contracts.
- Preparing the contracts and the hiring documents to deliver them to the personnel team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Blue-collar mass hiring background is an advantage.
- HR course or diploma is an advantage.
- Very good knowledge of excel.
- Alex resident is required.
