Job Description
- Support employee’s capability developing by training and coaching and providing the knowhow techniques of Ahram Manufacturing System.
- Follow up the implementation of the lean tools to the shop floor level such as 5S, Visual Management, Standard operations, 7 wastes, Process mapping, layout optimization, VSM, Takt Time, …etc.
- Acts as a sector leader for related AMS pillars & activities and spread Lean / CI awareness.
- Support and coach Lean / CI projects with people and effectively manage the required improvement activities to achieve the results.
- Act as a change agent and a catalyst for new Lean / CI initiatives, follow up Kaizen ideas generation.
- Co-develop & follow up plant CI projects that is aligned with the annual performance targets.
- Follow up replication of CI best practices & improvements across the organization.
- Playing the role of internal trainer & CI Capability developer for different staff levels.
Job Requirements
General Experience
- 3 years of experience working in manufacturing related improvement fields ( Lean / CI / industrial / Process improvement fields )
- Applied knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies ( GB/BB certificates is a plus ).
- Experience in leading improvement / lean projects with cross functional teams with blue collars experience.
EDUCATION
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (Production & Design) is preferred.
