Job Description
- Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and customer inquiries to thoroughly understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, sales, and project management) to develop cost-effective and technically sound solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive technical sections of proposals, including system descriptions, specifications, and project timelines.
- Conduct cost estimations and manage project budgets.
- Create compelling presentations and other visuals to effectively communicate technical solutions to clients.
- Stay current on industry trends and technologies relevant to the company's offerings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution, with a minimum graduation grade of "Good".
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering or manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in developing and writing technical proposals for complex projects.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor technical information for diverse audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
