Mechanical BIM Engineer

The main duties for the Mechanical BIM lead :

Package review:

1. Check the information provided and list the missing information and technical queries.

Project execution:

1. Model Authoring using Revit to reach the required LOD using IFC-Shop drawings- Material submittals.
2. Internal Coordination within MEP disciplines using interference checks and Navisworks.
3. Coordination with other Disciplines
4. Draft RFIs and report issues to Senior stuff.
5. Extract Shop drawings / As-built Drawings as per Project standards.
6. Add FM attributes , 5D Cost loading, 4D activity loading to relevant Model elements.
