Job Description
- Conduct end-to-end ERPNext implementation for new clients across various industries
- Customize ERPNext modules such as Accounting, Inventory, Sales, HR, and CRM to align with business needs
- Analyze client requirements and map them to ERPNext functionalities
- Create documentation including user manuals, workflow diagrams, and SOPs
- Perform user training sessions to ensure successful adoption
- Offer post-implementation support and bug fixes
- Collaborate with internal teams including developers
- Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact during ERP projects
- Stay up-to-date with ERPNext features and community best practices
Job Requirements
- Based in Alexandria, Egypt
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (is a must)
- 1–2 years of hands-on ERPNext implementation experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and business operations
- Familiarity with core ERP modules (Accounting, HR, CRM, Inventory, etc.)
- Ability to collect and analyze business requirements
- Experience creating training materials and conducting client workshops
- Basic technical knowledge of ERPNext framework and backend structure is a plus
- Ability to perform basic customizations and workflows inside ERPNext
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
