Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Content Creator to join our growing team. The Performance Lead will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and scalability of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance testing methodologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with marketing team to optimize campaigns performance.

 

Job Duties:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns across various channels such as PPC, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to assess campaign performance, identify trends, and generate insights. Implement data-driven optimizations to enhance ROI.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, creative, and analytics to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies.
  • Testing and Experimentation: Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to refine marketing strategies and improve key performance metrics.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing. Integrate new approaches to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience 4+ in performance marketing with a focus on driving measurable results.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing budgets across various marketing channels.
  • Leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
