Job Description
- Dissemination of targeted funding opportunities.
- Update records and databases of research publications.
- Manage and assist in the preparation of institutional grant applications and reporting.
- Locate and disseminate relevant research funding opportunities to Zewail City researchers.
- Prepare annual reports on research and funding progress for various internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit updated research news and highlights.
- Handling Purchase Orders, Payment Requests and other similar documents
- Handling onboarding process for research grants teams
- Coordinate with finance department regarding external grant reports
- Prepare and manage a high volume of correspondence, reports and document
- Maintain and update projects' budget control system
- Prepare official letters.
- Assist in handling any administrative inquires and tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree (preferable in scientific field).
- English and Arabic proficiency spoken and written.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Time management skills.
- Basic news / media writing skills is preferable.
