Job Description
- Receive customer requests
- Inspect units
- Review technical reports (Soils, foundations .etc)
- Analyze reports and induce technical rectification method statement
- Validate contractor BoQ
- Supervise running works
- Issue work completion inspection forms
- Coordinate between site stakeholders (consultant, contractor, supervisor consultant, client. etc)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of engineering, Civil section.
- 3-5 years experience.
- Min. 1 years experience in Geotechnical consultancy office.
- Min. 1 year experience site supervision in buildings inspection and repairs.
- Ability to read, analyze and conclude soil geo reports.
- Technically manage process between different stakeholders (designer, contractor, supervisor consultant).
