Job Description
We are Looking For a Senior #bim #architect (5-9 year Works of Experience) for A full-time position in Our office in Nasr city, #Cairo, With project working experience with BIM standards such as #ISO19650, AIA G202-2013 Building Information Modelling Protocol is a must, with advance Architectural Detailing knowledge, Excellent #Revit user Skills.

- Job Description:

- Prepare 3D BIM model using Revit
- Extract 2D Shop-drawings and 3D presentation.
- Performs routine tasks including general production supervision using well-defined standards and procedures.
- Designs components or portions of systems and modifies existing designs to develop or improve them.
- Performs product research; assists project designers and other project architects with materials selection.
- Preparation of LOD requirements and data information collection according to the EIR.
- Preparation of material take-off.
- Prepare/check the final submittal drawings.
- Other responsibilities as determined by the project requirements.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor in Architecture Engineering
- 5-9 years of experience in Finishing Works & Construction Shop-drawings.
- 5-9 years of experience in the BIM field.
- 5-9 Working experience with BIM standards such as #ISO19650, AIA G202-2013 Building Information Modelling Protocol.
- Mastering different drawing tools ( Revit excellent usage is a must).
- Scan to BIM knowledge (point cloud) -a plus (please highlight in the Resume title)
