Job Description
We are looking for a multi-tasking and highly organized Personal Assistant to perform personal administrative duties for senior management. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes and handling correspondence on behalf of the Directors. You may also be required to make travel arrangements and assist with other duties when required.
Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Line Manager and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
• Writing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
• Data entry and maintenance of databases and record keeping.
• Liaising with internal departments and answering calls.
• Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
• Schedule appointments, maintain a calendar of events, and send reminders.
• Copy and scan documents, as well as take notes.
• Preparing facilities for scheduled events, if required.
• ordering office supplies and replacements,
• Commitment to best practices and work ethics.
