- Spatial planning and room layouts
- Produce CAD drawings for presentation (plans, elevations, sections, details) and Architectural specification
- prepare workshop drawings for woodwork and furniture details
- Design architectural elements as required (joinery, doors, cornicing, architrave, bathrooms, and kitchens)
- Work closely with the design team to prepare, develop and produce client concept designs and presentation documents that include plans, elevations, perspective visuals, and furniture drawings
- Prepare relevant schedules for the issue to a contractor
- Sourcing FF&E and dealing with suppliers
- Consideration of materials and cost according to set the budget
- Producing sample or mood boards for presentation to clients

Skills:
- Good technical knowledge with the ability to produce detailed interior architecture and joinery
- Drawings in CAD (2D and 3D)
- modeling in SketchUp
- Fair knowledge with 3Dmax
- Hand sketching
- Must be highly skilled in AutoCAD.
- Ability to prepare presentations through the use of Adobe software programs such as In-Design or Adobe Photoshop.
