Job Description
Program Coordination
- Assist in the planning & execution of entrepreneurship programs, including workshops, events, and mentorship initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for programs, such as venue selection, participant registration, and material preparation.
- Track program timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Content Support
- Assist in creating program materials, presentations, guides, and tool-kits.
- Help develop content for program promotion, including social media posts and email campaigns.
- Maintain an organized library of program resources and materials.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Support the onboarding of program participants, mentors, and partners.
- Act as a point of contact for program-related inquiries.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with ecosystem stakeholders.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records of program activities, including attendance, feedback, and outcomes.
- Prepare reports and updates on program progress for internal review.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management for programs.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in program coordination, event management, or a related role.
- Interest in entrepreneurship, startups, or innovation ecosystems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Team player and Ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
