Join Our Team as a Project Coordinator at Fixcrowd!
Location: Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (EGY Time)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation:
- Probation Period: 15,000 EGP
- After Probation: 15,000 EGP
- Quarterly Bonus: Up to 15,000 EGP (KPI-based)
- Yearly Bonus: Up to 36,000 EGP (KPI-based)
About the Role
We're hiring a Project Coordinator to join our operations team in Cairo. You'll play a key role in job scheduling, engineer coordination, and performance tracking, ensuring seamless service delivery for our London-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer quotes and job requests within 24 hours
- Schedule jobs and confirm bookings with clients
- Assign engineers based on expertise and job location
- Order and track materials, manage returns when needed
- Send precise job instructions via our booking platform
- Monitor engineer schedules and optimize daily routes
- Update job statuses and flag potential delays
- Use vehicle trackers to verify time on-site
- Review before/after job photos to ensure quality
- Generate invoices within 24 hours of job completion
- Prepare daily reports and morning meeting templates
Job Requirements

- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and job management systems
- Fast learner with a tech-driven mindset
- Team player with great communication skills
- Property maintenance experience is a strong advantage
