Job Description
- Carry out architectural concept design for several projects.
- Plan and design buildings and brainstorm project ideas, complete design drawings in AutoCAD and assist in reviewing project proposals, remaining a part of the process from conception through development.
- Create proposals and complete construction paperwork for building.
- Work on developing concepts (Schematic & development stages)
- Produce architectural & presentation detailed drawings
- Assists in compiling data for architectural plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, etc.
- Assists in the preparation for plans for existing buildings where plans are not available.
Job Requirements
- BSC Architecture from a reputable university only Governmental Universities.
- 4-6 Years Minimum Experience.
- AutoCAD, BIM, sketching plans, working drawings
- Extra requirements: 3Ds MAX.
- Previous experience in an engineering consulting office is preferred
