Job Description
Sales trainers provide sales training, mentoring, and support services. They train and educate sales staff from the point of their initial hire and on a continuous, ongoing basis. They develop and implement training and professional development programs.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Real Estate is a must.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in the training field.
- Good interpersonal skills, as a trainer is required to work effectively with trainees, and management.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and google sheets.
- Excellent English.
