Job Description
Responsibilities
- Mechanical Unit: heavy equipment and its spare parts OR
- Electrical Unit: electrical/automation products (LV & MV machines, variable speed drives, weighing applications, power monitoring system & heavy current transducers, control system, field instruments, analytics and continuous emission monitoring system)
- Prepares offer required documents, in coordination with the sales manager,
- Following up the status of the tendering process and update sales team and inform them with any problems that might affect the offer and /or the client.
- Receives order/ letter of award from client, and proceed accordingly to deliver from stock or through local and foreign suppliers.
- Checking stock availability in order to maintain the minimum required stock quantities, in coordination with the sales manager.
- Reports on weekly basis to the sales offers and orders volume to the sales manager.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering–Mechanical/Electrical department.
- Software Computer Proficiency: (MS Office: Word and Excel - Internet – Outlook).
- Language: Very good English written and spoken.
- Gender: Male or Female.
- Work Experience: 0 to 3 years.
