This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader at OWORKERS in Qesm El Maadi. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services. Your tasks will include monitoring team performance, providing coaching and guidance, handling escalations, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Job Requirements
Strong leadership and people management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in the BPO industry or relevant field
- Familiarity with data processing, data annotation, content moderation, or customer care services
- Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more additional languages
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
