Job Description
- Monitor banking OPS daily procedures, record & report any failures in banking systems for relevant party to ensure smooth systems’ operations.
- Observe Banking operations systems backups to ensure safety of CIB customer & bank data.
- Handle all of the DR activities for Banking operations systems to safeguard banking’ systems’ operational continuity.
- Detect & report bottlenecks on Banking systems to provide the needed technical support and recommend solutions.
- Monitor the handling of user’s tickets in order to resolve customer & system issues in a smooth & satisfactory manner.
- Follow up handling of all related banking systems’ interfaces maintenance in order to provide full system functionality to CIB internal & external customers
- Assist in measuring banking services availability and recommend improvements to avail best service to CIB internal & external customers
- Participate in conducting incident reviews for banking systems to provide lessons learned & avoid future re occurrence & enhance existing systems availability & resilience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience
- Good hands-on knowledge of IT operational work
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving Skills
- Good Knowledge of different technologies
- Good command of English language.
