Job Description

  • Follow up and consolidate the weekly Inventory for all product categories, and valuable Items according to the agreed schedule of a full cycle inventory count to all locations
  • Create the quarterly stock take plan
  • Follow up and finalize the stock take, starting from plan to inventories reconciliation on ERP.
  • Investigate and deal with negative stock." Gain "
  • Conduct Monthly Reports for Inventory ex. (Purchasing, Transfers between locations, IDT, Store use, ending inventory, Physical count & Fresh facilities closing)
  • Calculating cost of goods sold by using methods such as first in first out (FIFO) " Invoice margin calculations"
  • Calculating inventory turnover ratios
  • Ensuring that all inventory transaction details are recorded accurately in an accounting system
  • follow up verifying inventory counts and recording adjustments to inventory levels for items that have been used, damaged, or lost
  • Follow up recording all inventory transactions such as waste, Negative & Positive Adjustments, physical counts, and perpetual systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 3: 5 years of relevant experience 
  • Excellent MS Office skills 
  • Preferably Odoo User 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken 
  • Excellent communication and handling skills
  • Bookkeeping, budgeting, financial analysis, and record-keeping.
