Job Description
- Organize data bank of trucks owners/ providers
- Collect, review and validate data provided by field dispatchers
- Record and insert Trucks/vehicle data on System
- Receive job orders submitted by CRM’s via Dashboard
- Coordinate with fleet dispatchers to confirm the ability to supply requested trucks via dashboard
- Assign appropriate truck/ driver to running job orders via Dashboard
- Perform periodic reviews to the company’s registered vehicles/ trucks to ensure validity of all held licenses and prepare a list to fleet field dispatchers of all expired licenses
- Regularly work on developing procedures & maximize vehicles usage, cut expenses, and minimize mistakes
- Negotiate with drivers, truck owners and contractors to resolve disputes about tuck tariffs, delay fees, etc.
- Coordinate with drivers/ dispatchers to follow up running job orders and communicate the status update with the Operations & CRM teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 2+ year in similar position in the field of (Logistics – Trucking )
- Have experience in Cross boarder / bulk cargo shipping.
- Advanced Computer Skills (MS Office)
- Well organized & can Perform multi tasks
- Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills
- Good Command of English
