Job Description
- Prepare, test and follow up implementation of the security plan in , evacuation , emergency and CCTV monitoring.
- Follow up on the implementation of the agreed upon policies by the security staff (visiting policy - immediate handling violence cases policy - preserving patients' property policy).
- Appoint security staff and conduct training for the security plan.
- Establish and monitor operational schedules for security staff.
- Monitor the execution of the covenant and damaged or expired supplies (food - blood products - ...).
- Maintain the privacy and security of all confidential and protected information.
- Analyze data on any security breaches and incidents to recommend harm reduction operations.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English and Arabic (speaking, reading and writing).
- Holds a Bachelor of Police degree + Bachelor of Military Sciences, specializing in security.
- Knowledge of English and computer skills is an added advantage.
- Experience not less than 15 years in the field of security
- Proven experience as security manager or similar position
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- The maximum age is 45
