Job Description
- Check with marketing department the new leads and contracts with Developers deals.
- Handing over sales leads to sales team.
- Follow up with our developer corporates of available units daily in order to update sheets of available units for sales and be aware of neglected units.
- Perfect user of Excel sheets for reports and updates and also if CRM background would be preferable for both knowledge and experience.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Coordinator
- Trustworthy and results-driven
- Perfect knowledge of MS Office especially for Excel sheets and reports
- excellent command of English language spoken and written
- Perfect communication skills
- Very organized and task focus.
