Job Description
- Administrative Tasks: Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
- Provide Support to Marketing Department: It will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company. It will also support the marketing team with planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs, and with developing new marketing strategies.
- Writing Online Content: Compose and post online content on the company’s platforms.
- Online Content: Post online content on the company’s website and social media platforms.
- Moderation: Monitoring and tracking all of the company’s social media platforms, and responding to all clients’ engagements with the brand including messages and comments
- Data Entry and Analysis: Create, Monitor, Update, and Maintain, and Analyze reports, spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.
- Collect Data needed from external and internal departments that the department needs.
- Research: Conduct regular market researches and surveys needed by the department and identifying trends, while analyzing consumer feedback, ratings, and questionnaires.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills; both Arabic & English.
- Comfortable using various social media platforms and moderation tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-task skills, with the ability to handle many diverse projects & tasks while adhering to deadlines.
