Job Description
- Lead & Supervise Real Estate Sales Team
- Completing all assigned duties
- Offer advice and motivate their team to close deals.
- (For Primary) Attend orientations and keep updated with all projects and the market.
- Develop effective training programs that teach sales how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, and secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
Job Requirements
- (For Primary) Experience in Alexandria, New Alamein, New Capital, New Cairo, Elsheikh Zayed and 6th October Projects
- (For Resale) Experience in Alexandria and North Coast
- Experience in Real Estate is a must & 5 Years Minimum Experience in Real Estate Industry
- Bachelor Degree.
- Proven work experience as a Team Leader
