Job Description
We are searching for a Social Media Specialist & Content Creator that will take charge of the social media pages of the following projects that are associated with the company:
- A bowling alley
- An indoor trampoline park
- A fast food fried chicken restaurant
- A sit down Egyptian grill restaurant
Your role will entail the following activities:
- Plan and execute a monthly social media strategy for each project, with 3-5 posts weekly each.
- Reply to messages and respond to comments. The main target will be to increase brand awareness, followers, and sales.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Job Requirements
- The job requires the creation of understanding the target audience, creating relevant and attractive posts, and improving the overall brand image of the projects.
- Fluent in English & Arabic with excellent writing skills
- Creative
- Good research skills
- Preferably a degree in Graphic Design or Marketing
- Preferably experienced in any relevant tool used to create social media posts such as Canva, Photoshop, etc.
- Previous experience running social media pages, preferably entertainment/sports/retail related
- Experience with photography and videography is a plus
