Job Description
Basic Function
- A Under the direction of the Area Sales Manager, the Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and conducting sales activities for projects to his assigned geographic region and/or accounts.
- A Promote Delta Building Systems products through projects in accordance with the established company goals, policies, and procedures.
- A Prepare forecast for potential projects sales.
Major Job Responsibilities
- Approach potential clients (consultants, contractors, real estate developers ….etc.) to vend Delta Building Systems products for their projects.
- Conduct research for potential clients, future prospective projects in your area of responsibility.
- Develop forecast for projects’ sales in his/her area and follow up on timely delivery.
- Keep close business relations with consultants, architects, contractors, and real estate developers.
- Submit regular reports regarding current sales activities and potential projects.
Relationships and Contacts
Supervisory Relationships:
1. Reports direct to the Area Sales Manager.
Organization Relationships:
1. Has extensive contact with company's marketing team.
2. Has extensive contact with company's deliveries team.
3. Has some contact with Engineering & Technical Support team.
External Business Relationships:
1. Has continuous contact with consultants, architects, contractors, and real estate developers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering from a known university.
- 3+ years of experience in same position with a reputable building materials company.
- Construction materials market experience would be an asset.
- Excellent knowledge in projects.
- Excellent ability to present, sell, prescribe, and promote the company products portfolio.
- Work effectively, independently, and collaboratively in team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent use of Excel in specific and other MS Office applications in general.
- CRM and ERP experience is an asset.
- Fluent English.
