Job Description
- Monitor the organization’s networks for security breaches and investigate a violation when one occurs.
- Install and use Security software’s, monitor logs for firewalls and data encryption programs, to protect sensitive information.
- Prepare reports that document security breaches and the extent of the damage caused by the breaches.
- Conduct penetration testing internally, and analyze by simulating attacks to look for vulnerabilities in the systems before they can be exploited.
- Research the latest information technology (IT) security trends
- Help plan and carry out an organization’s way of handling security
- Develop security standards and best practices for their organization
- Recommend security enhancements to management or senior IT staff
- Help users when they need to install or learn about new security products and procedures
- Ability to review security technologies for non-compliance to corporate security policies
- Implementation Experience of CISM & ISO 27001
- Thorough knowledge of PCI DSS and compliance requirements.
- Design the Risk Management process and Asset impact Analysis.
- Managing and supporting user facing security technologies (MDM, Endpoint Security Technologies, Single Sign on tools)
- Reviewing and prioritizing vulnerability scan data.
- Analyzing and correlating security events collected from user facing systems.
- Identifying, Collecting and Analyzing security relevant logs for reporting and compliance purposes
- Conduct Security Awareness Sessions for all Departments ensuring the Security standards being applied.
- Enforce Security Standards and Policies and create documents as required.
- Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications with company divisions and departments.
- Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.
- Setting customer service standards
- Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
- Investigating and setting standards for quality/health and safety

- Establishing and designing processes across business units and corporate functions, maintaining an effective Information management System

- Preparing audit schedules, conducting internal audits, preparing audit reports, non-conformance, and testing and inspection
- To ensure all activities pertaining to the project execution shall be carried out based on establish documents of International
- standards and codes and clients requirements.
- Preparing Management Review Meeting Schedule and conducting Management Review Meetings
- Review site quality program, project specific procedures and quality problems and reporting to Operations Director
- Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems
- Pertaining to QA/QC.
- Ensuring quality tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary.
- Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation
- Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures
- Deep knowledge of ISO 27001 implementation (certificate is a plus)
