Job Description

  • Develop and update the IT facilities infrastructure of the site in terms of equipment, networks, etc... In order to provide all facilities required to develop business effectiveness.
  • Plan, implement and control the maintenance process for all IT facilities to ensure the smoothness of the equipment performance.
  • Work on developing the website in coordination with the other company’s departments. This will enable us to effective communicate with our clients and serve the marketing issue.
  • Deliver necessary support needed by other departments in terms of modification and creation of any systems that serve the development of the business process.
  • Identify and prepare the technical specifications of all the purchases required of the IT department to ensure that the coming items are matched with the desired requirements.
  • Ensure the legalities of acquiring software programs, to have the real versions and to prevent any damage to our systems. 
  • Ensure the efficiency of  all the security related aspects such as:
  1. Network Security:
  • Implement and monitor network security measures to protect against unauthorized access, intrusions, and potential threats.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify and address any weaknesses in the network infrastructure.
  • Configure and manage firewalls, routers, and other network security devices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and solutions to proactively address emerging threats.
  1. Device Security:
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures for securing company devices (computers, servers, mobile devices, etc.).
  • Implement encryption, authentication, and external storage block and access control measures to safeguard sensitive data on devices.
  • Monitor and manage antivirus, anti-malware, and other security software on company devices.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with device security policies.
  1. User Awareness:
  • Develop and deliver security onboarding and ongoing training programs to educate employees on best practices for data protection, password management, and safe browsing habits. (TRAINING EACH q / NEW HIRES)
  • Raise awareness about common social engineering tactics (phishing, social media threats, etc.), insider threats and educate employees on how to identify and respond to such threats.
  • Regularly communicate security updates, alerts, and policy changes to employees.
  • Monitor user behavior and provide guidance or corrective actions to ensure compliance with security policies.
  1. Incident Response:
  • Develop and maintain an incident response plan to handle security incidents effectively. (NO OF UNSOLVED INCID.)
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents, including conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of security incidents.
  • Document and report security incidents, including impact assessment and recommended actions.(EACH Q)
  • Provide the necessary reports required by the management to ensure business effectiveness and decision-making.
  • (KBI) Manage to develop the staff of his / her department in terms of IT skills and performance results in co-ordination with the HR (via a development plan).
  • Deliver the evaluation / appraisal reports of the staff according to HR Department policies.
  • Co-ordinate / communicate with other departments in terms of providing and exchange data / information …etc. that will support them in their activities and build a smooth relationship with all employees.
  • Undertake other tasks as assigned that suitable the competence of the employee. These tasks will be assigned via a mutually agreed with the vice president.  These will enable the company to achieve the best utilization of the human resources capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • B.SC in computer science or Engineering-computer section
  • Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience
  • High level of facilitation skills including interactive/ communication skills.
  • Dynamic and initiative person
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
  • Excellent knowledge of Arabic & English languages (written and spoken).
