Job Description
- Assisting the marketing manager in writing and following up on marketing material (brochures, posters, flyers, etc) for the School’s programs.
- Liaising with the relevant academic staff including Directors of Studies and admissions Tutors to update the website, advertisements, and social media content as necessary
- Liaising with in-house and external designers for all production issues.
- Assisting the marketing manager with the School’s publicity stands and other events
- Material- ordering new stock as required and ensuring the supply of stock to events
- Supporting the Marketing Manager in booking, designing, and tracking advertising for the School as required
- Creative input into new advertising campaigns
- Assistance with proofreading, copywriting, editing copy, and information collection.
- Active response and interaction on Facebook and other social media channels.
- Updating information about the School on external websites and directories.
- Creating fresh and up-to-date web content, to pass to the Web Development Officer and Web Designer as necessary.
- Assistance and coordination at Open houses.
- Coordinating the School’s annual graduation prize-giving, and other events.
Job Requirements
- Marketing or mass communication major
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Events management experience
- Creative
