Job Description
- التخطيط و المتابعة و التقييم المستمر لعملية الانتاج، و التأكد من تنفيذ كل عامل لدوره بشكل صحيح.
- ادارة طاقم الانتاج و ارشادهم و توجيههم و تدريب العمالة الجديدة.
- توظيف و اختيار العمالة و تحديد دورهم في عملية الانتاج حسب الكفاءة.
- متابعة عملية الانتاج باستمرار لتصليح اي اخطاء و تقديم اقتراحات لتحسين الطاقة الانتاجية.
- الالتزام بمعايير الجودة و السلامة المنصوص عليها من قبل ادارة المصنع.
- العمل علي تقليل الهادر من الخامات و استغلال الموارد المتاحة بأفضل السبل.
- الالتزام بتقديم افضل انتاجية للفرد و العمل علي توفير مخزون احتياطي بشكل مستمر من منتجات الشركة.
- Continuous planning, monitoring, and evaluation of production process.
- Managing, training , and guiding of the production staff.
- Recruiting and selecting new workers, assigning roles to them according to their efficiency.
- Monitoring of the work flow, and presenting frequent reports and suggestions for improving the productivity.
- Binding to quality and safety standards of the company.
- Reducing the spoiled raw materials to minimum levels, and utilizing the available resources in the best possible way.
- Being committed to present the highest productivity / worker, and making sure to continuously have auxiliary company's products stock.

- خبرة في مجال االأغذية سنتين علي الاقل
- القدرة علي حل المشاكل و العمل تحت ضغط
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of FMCG
- High communication skills
- The ability to work under stress
- Problem solving skills
