Accordingly ,a Filed Sales Trainer vacancy is now open for interested, potential and eligible candidates as per the details hereunder:
Designation: Field Sales Trainer
Job Grade : T1/T2
Reporting to : HR Business Lead
Location: Maadi’s HQ
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate different Sales Force Skills programs
- Roll out Selling Skills programs to Sales Force
- Join, observe, evaluate, and coach Med Rep
- Contribute to Training Needs Analysis activity
- Works with Line Managers ( District Managers/Supervisors) on individual performance plans
- Feedback marketing team regarding the campaign status against predefined measures
- Ensure the level of knowledge of Sales Force is up to standards
- With Sales Managers, responsible for driving proficiency among new Sales Reps
- Frequent travel is needed and at least 50% of his/her time in field

Job Requirements
Candidates should possess:
- Minimum three years post graduate pharmaceutical work experience at least one of them in training
- Proven track record of achievements
- Good linguistic capabilities
- Basic understanding of the field training principles
- Effective written and oral communication
- Excellent presence in presentation situations
- IT literate especially MS-office
- Product knowledge especially if diversified, is a definite plus
