Job Description
- Manage the purchasing function, including its processes, reports, and relationship with vendors in compliance with company purchasing policy
- Determine procurement methods and initiating bidding processes , procuring assigned product line , recommending bid awards , preparing , checking , verifying and maintaining vendor records and supporting documents , providing guidance on order processing , documenting activities in accordance with company policy.
- Oversee, review and contributing to PR’s after reviewing the items to take the purchasing decision.
- Oversee, review and contributing to PO preparation by maintaining a comprehensive vendor list to ensure the alignment with AMC policies.
- Leading tender process, review its documentation and ensure its complying with policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- BSC degree in any discipline.
- 1 - 3 Years of experience preferably in medical services , healthcare industries .
- Very good use of MS Office.
