Job Description
Compensation and Benefits Duties & responsibilities: -
- Preparing monthly payroll sheet including (Taxes calculation - social insurance deduction - ...etc) and (keeping track of leaves such as vacations, sick leave…etc –calculating attendance deductions).
- Updating holiday balance sheet.
Personnel Duties & responsibilities: -
- Following up the social insurance forms (form 1& 6).
- Updating personnel files in complying with the Egyptian Labor.
- Updating employees’ Database using AX (Microsoft dynamics).
- Responsible for Leavers procedure (Resignation, Quit, Death, End of contract, End of probation).
- Preparing turn over analysis.
- Preparing and issuing form 2.
Organizational Development Duties & responsibilities: -
- Maintaining HR policies and procedures.
- Preparing and updating organization charts for all departments according to headcount budget.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from any reputable university.
- HR diploma.
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in the same position.
- Excellent English and computer skills.
- 6th of October resident or nearby is preferred.
