Sales Coordinator (After Sales)

Main Duties:

• Responsible for facilitate the PR process
• Responsible for preparing report on PR status on weekly basis
• Responsible for monitoring the inventory management
• Prepare inventory analysis report on monthly basis
• Discuss & put action plan with the sales team according to the current inventory
• Conduct on monthly basis meeting with Chairman, SEF Manager & Supply chain manager to give them inventory analysis feedback
• Provides proactive support , assistance and acts as resource person to Sales effectiveness and Commercial Excellence Manager to ensure the effective planning ,
• Roll out and execution of all the Sales Meetings.
• Coordinates communications and activities with key stakeholders including Sales and Line Managers , product specialists , Marketing specialists , support functions and other stakeholders, as necessary.
• Enhance the cash conversion cycle through being highly interested in how business can be developed and improved by the use of figures and analyses, and how to implement these development tools in the commercial work.
• Support line managers with Inventory database.
