Job Description
- Managing all finance and accounting operations
- Preparing and publishing monthly financial reports
- Consolidation experience
- Reporting to the group level
- Participating in budgeting processes.
- Managing financial transactions.
- Streamlining accounting functions and operations.
- Developing plans for financial growth.
- Evaluating and managing risk.
- Coordinating audit processes.
- Managing big team
- Managing daily finance and accounting operation
- Liaison with external auditors (preferably experience in handling one of big four)
- Developing the team and allocate the people to fill the gaps
- Evaluate auditing system and recommend solutions
- Evaluate authority matrix and accounting manual and ensure it is implementation
- Manage the treasury department
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Develop and adhere to policies and procedures
- Make recommendation to improve policies and procedures
- Control over spending and supply chain activities
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Management experience
- Excellent in Excel
- Proven experience in financial statements for listed company
- Ability to evaluate and manage people with different background and age
- Ability to design and implement control
- Ability to implement the change
- Excellent soft skills
- Experience in all accounting and finance matters (AP/AR/Treasury/Tax/Control/Reporting)
- Multinational experience is a must
- Bachelor's degree
- CMA would be an asset
