Job Description
- Drive the company's financial planning and strategy, and align it with the organizational goals and objectives
- Perform risk management by analyzing the company's liabilities and investments, and deciding on the optimal capital structure
- Control and evaluate the company's fundraising plans and sources of financing, and negotiate with lenders and investors
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate and sufficient for the company's operations and expansion
- Supervise and manage the finance team, and oversee the accounting, reporting, auditing, and tax functions
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements and reports to the CEO, the board, and other stakeholders
- Provide guidance and advice to the CEO and other senior executives on financial issues and best practices, and support them in making sound business decisions
- Establish and maintain effective financial systems and controls, and ensure compliance with the law and the company's policies
- Research and analyze the market trends, opportunities, and challenges, and identify areas for improvement and innovation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a CFO, finance director, or senior finance manager, preferably in the real estate industry
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, and risk management principles and practices
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial software applications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strategic, creative, and forward-thinking mindset
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- High standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism
