Job Description
- We are looking for a professional Social Media Specialist & Content Creator, multitalented and multitasking, who has experience in Social Media Accounts/Pages Creation and Management; Writing and Editing highly engaging and creative content for Social Media, Website, and Blog; Proficiency in the use of image design/editing tools.
- Social Media Responsibilities:
- Establish and Manage the Company’s Social Media Profiles/Pages Including (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and any Relevant Channels.
- Plan and manage editorial content to use through the company's social media platforms.
- Generate, share social media content (text and multimedia forms) that would help deliver the needed aim of the campaign to increase the audience of the company.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research.
- Continually test and evaluate new social and content strategies.
- Creating convincing rebuttals to answer the common customers’ queries.
- Create a promotion of our services through different marketing channels.
- Define the most important social media KPIs and work towards them, and analyzing data/metrics, insights, best practices, and then act on the information.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for management
- Continuing learning and training to stay up to date with the latest Social media best practices, technologies, and algorithms.
- Content Creator Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create highly engaging and creative Web and Blog Content in English with coherent sentence structure and no language mistakes.
- Edit and proofread written pieces before publication with the professional use of keywords, and attention to SEO standards
- Continuing learning and training to stay up to date with the latest Content SEO best practices, technologies, and algorithms.
- Work Conditions:
- 8 working hours.
- 5 working days and 2 days off.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, and Content Creation.
- Fluency in the English Language (written, and verbal).
- Native understanding of each Social Media Network.
- Exceptional experience in creating and managing Social Media Accounts/Pages.
- Exceptional skills in Writing, Editing Social Media, Website, and Blog Content.
- Good understanding of social networking KPIs, SEO, and Keywords.
- Social Networking Strategist, using social networking for brand awareness and impressions.
- Ability to sympathize, engage, and effectively communicate with a diverse range of people and opinions
- Excellent multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively, high sense of ownership, and be responsible for deliverables and tasks.
- Deep understanding of the services provided by our company.
- Great interpersonal, communication skills, customer service, and handle complaints,
- Someone who can work and modify to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Highly proficient in computer, internet usage, and navigating seamlessly between multiple applications.
- This is a "working from home" job, so you must have your own laptop or PC with a stable internet connection.
- Willing to start immediately.
