Job Description
- Respond to customers’ inquires in terms of warranty, complaints, after sales requests
- Educate customers regarding warranty services
- Verify claims under warranty
- Make courtesy calls to customers following the service center visit, and after receiving the satisfaction sheet from the service center
- Ensure after sales calls are recorded
- Compile reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Job Requirements
- Experience more than 2 years
- Excellent computer skills
