Job Description
- Reporting to Plant General Manager.
- Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region.
- Establishing new sales accounts and following up and maintaining existing sales accounts..
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
- Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
- Calculating client quotations.
- Negotiating tender and contract terms.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
- Offering after-sales support services.
- Analyzing costs and sales.
- Follow all company rules and regulations.
- Meeting regular sales targets.
- Meet pre-determined revenue goals through the activities of direct reports.
- Recording and maintaining client contact data.
- Coordinating sales projects.
- Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
- Solving client problems.
- Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis.
- Coach and develop direct reports.
- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.
- Helping in the design of custom-made products.
- Providing training and producing support material for the sales team.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly scorecards, dashboards and KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering(Mechanical or Civil).
- Five years in a sales representative role; within Sandwich Panel Manufacturing
- Three years of prior management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management basics.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
- Hardworking, persistent, and dependable.
- Positive and enthusiastic.
- Self Motivated.
