About the Job
  • Reporting to Plant General Manager.
  • Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region.
  • Establishing new sales accounts and following up and maintaining existing sales accounts..
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
  • Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
  • Calculating client quotations.
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms.
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
  • Offering after-sales support services.
  • Analyzing costs and sales.
  • Follow all company rules and regulations.
  • Meeting regular sales targets.
  • Meet pre-determined revenue goals through the activities of direct reports.
  • Recording and maintaining client contact data.
  • Coordinating sales projects.
  • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
  • Solving client problems.
  • Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis.
  • Coach and develop direct reports.
  • Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.
  • Helping in the design of custom-made products.
  • Providing training and producing support material for the sales team.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly scorecards, dashboards and KPIs.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering(Mechanical or Civil).
  • Five years in a sales representative role; within Sandwich Panel Manufacturing
  • Three years of prior management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management basics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
  • Hardworking, persistent, and dependable.
  • Positive and enthusiastic.
  • Self Motivated.
