Traffic Manager

Main Job Duties:

• Manage projects for existing clients or internal projects assigned by the top management.
• Manage assigned projects and coordinate with all related departments to be delivered on time with the best quality.
• Manage key accounts and handle any obstacles to maintain client’s satisfaction.
• Handle and follow up the assigned tasks effectively.
• Responsible for the internal team to deliver the projects on time and adhere to the internal pipeline policy.
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Submit reports to the top management for all internal teams and progress of each employee with performance reports.
• Revise the output from the technical teams and ensure meeting the client's requirements.
• Follow up the post production, editing phase and the client amendments to be done on time.
• Handle pop up requirements with internal teams.
• Communicate with outsource suppliers and freelancers as needed to deliver projects on schedule.
