- Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image
- Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases;
- Recording office expenditure and managing the budget
- Coordinate with the accounting team and carry out financial transactions
- Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
- Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Good email skills
- Advanced level of English
