Job Description

Sales representative is responsible for communicating the benefits of the Foundation products in order to drive sales. Sales representative serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services. Qualifications often include strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Duties and responsibilities : 

  • Present, promote and sell products/services for Nidaa foundation in permenant and temporary exhibitions using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Prepare products before selling procedures.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordination with the storekeeper in restricting the expenditure and addition of products offered for sale regularly to ensure the correctness of the movement of the store

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • BSc in Business Administration or relevant field
  • From 2 to 5 years’ experience in a related field.
  • Strong management skills. 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  •  Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

 Preferred Skills 

  • Prior work experience in Sales management.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
