Job Description
The Area Sales Manager role is a Second Line Sales Management role responsible for managing First Line Sales Manager and the Sales Force to:
- Achieve/ and or exceed sales targets for the product portfolio on an annual basis, while remaining within expense budget.
- Utilize KPI’s and competencies to monitor and evaluate the performance of the regional team members both Sales Force and FLSM
- Implement business strategies
- Assess sales results and ensure regular feedback to the sales team and marketing colleagues
- Ensure Sales team tactical implementation is in line and consistent with set strategies and monitor progress
- Maintain necessary contact with internal and external partners forming the product supply chain
- Contribute to talent identification , people development, and succession
- Keep current on relevant matters including company business, policies and procedures , resources ,etc
- Three vacancies are opening; based at Cairo (responsible for Greater Cairo), Mansoura or Tanta (responsible for the whole Delta) and Alex (responsible for Alex, Behiera and Kafr Shiekh)
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in experience of business management position preferably of sales and people management as FLSM and at least a year in a similar role
- Professional strategic thinking capability
- Competitive commercial acumen
- Demonstrated budgeting and forecasting ability
- Proven track records of achievements for both quantitative and qualitative KPI’s
- Multitasks and teamwork capabilities
- Professional people management and strong influential ability
- Strong communication, coaching the Coach and business presentation skills
