Job Description
- Act as a focal point between all parties (offshore Data Processors, offshore Data Processors, R&D and customers ) in solving all technical problems that may arise on offshore/onshore projects
- Participate in testing and evaluating new software release
- Responsible of technical knowledge distribution and learned lessons communication with the cooperation of the team managers
- Train staff on data provision processes to provide them with the level of technical knowledge to perform their role
- Provide client and team support with technical issue resolution via e-mail, phone and other electronic medium
- Follow up bug reports and communicate feedback to R&D and get solutions or workarounds for current software bugs or defects
- Establish and maintain complete integrated technical support process coordinated with all related parties
- Issue reports that show tasks progress and performance
