About the role
The Customer Service agent works in support of the online store team to facilitate the completion of all online store level tasks and performs a variety of tasks related to different area, Follow up orders, call customers, solve problems and other related functions.
Role Requirements:
- Answer customers’ questions in a prompt and effective manner
- Answer incoming calls, and respond to emails and social media messages.
- She should be able to listen to customers to understand the issue and proffer the best possible solution to resolve any problem they are facing.
- Build and maintain strong and profitable relationship with customers and potential customers
- She should be able to speak to the customer in a calm and soothing manner. For complex issues, she should be able to direct the customer to the solution.
- She will assist the customer to make order through our online store, and follow up the order shipping process till customer receive it.
- She is expected to collect relevant customer information like name, contact information, purchase history and so on.
- Inform customers and potential customers of new or existing products that they may like to try out
- She must have outstanding conflict resolution skills.
- A customer service agent may also perform marketing functions while at her work post.
Job Requirements
- Language: Arabic/English
- Experience: 1-3 Years.
