Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets. Primarily tasked with hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales.
- Developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets
- Prepare reports for the management on sales and market growth results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings
- Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings
- Direct email, and perform other lead generation activities.
- Maintain database of prospects, leads and opportunities
- Closing deals and achieve the target
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Sales Manager (ERP Experience)
- Presentation skills
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
