Job Description
Strategic Direction & Planning
- Develop, refine, and maintain the company's strategic plan in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Translate organizational vision into clear objectives, key results, and performance metrics (OKRs/KPIs).
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform strategy decisions.
Data-Driven Insights & Analysis
- Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and ROI analysis for strategic initiatives.
- Monitor internal and external trends to identify risks, threats, and opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations to executive leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with department heads across operations, finance, marketing, product, and HR to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Facilitate strategic workshops and planning sessions with senior management.
- Coordinate integration of strategic priorities into departmental planning and annual budgets.
Execution & Performance Management
- Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and accountability.
- Track progress against strategic goals and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Establish governance frameworks and monitoring tools to evaluate strategic performance.
Change & Innovation Leadership
- Identify innovation opportunities and support transformational change initiatives.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Evaluate new business models, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Masters degree is a must & MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate development, consulting, or related fields.
- At least 15 years of people leadership experience , managing teams or projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Experience with OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, SWOT analysis, scenario planning, and other strategic frameworks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and strategic planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, or similar).
