Job Description
- Responsibilities for Phone Sales Representatives:
1. Engage with clients globally to provide medical consultations over the phone regarding our specialty services.
2. Persuade international clients to pursue their procedures in Turkey and accompany them through their medical journey.
3. Conduct follow-ups post-agreement, helping clients at every stage until they have completed their procedure and returned home.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
1. Fluency: Excellent spoken and written in Spanish,
2. Experience: At least one year in sales or customer service roles
3. Skills: Proficient in persuasive communication, negotiation, problem-solving, adaptability, and focused on results
4. Tech Skills: Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools
5. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare and tourism is an asset
